Credit and refund policy
Loading credits
TeachingMoms credits are loaded only after Teacher Ivy verifies a direct GCash transfer and issues a one-time code. A screenshot alone is not confirmation. Enter the code only in TeachingMoms.
Credits never expire. Each wallet holds one currency and defaults to PHP. TeachingMoms does not perform foreign-exchange conversion, and a wrong-currency code leaves both the code and wallet unchanged.
Purchases
Each product shows its exact price and currency before purchase. The server uses that price, prevents a wallet from going below zero, and records one immutable purchase with one matching debit. Repricing later does not change an earlier purchase.
When a refund may be approved
Message Teacher Ivy if the purchased PDF is missing, damaged, materially different from its listing, or unusable for a reason TeachingMoms can verify. You may also ask about an exceptional mistaken purchase. Approval is handled personally for this early launch.
Changing your mind after receiving a usable digital file does not automatically qualify, but Teacher Ivy can review the circumstances. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law.
How approved refunds work
An approved refund returns the original purchase price to the same family wallet in the same currency as non-expiring credits. It is an append-only money entry tied to that purchase and can be applied only once.
The original material remains in the family library because a downloaded digital file cannot be reliably recalled. Manual approval is therefore required before credits are returned.
Unused wallet credits are not promised as cash withdrawals. If applicable law requires a different remedy, TeachingMoms will follow that requirement.
Get help
Use the current Message Teacher Ivy chat link on the credit-loading page. Include the family-account email and material title, but never send a magic link or password—TeachingMoms does not use passwords.
