Privacy policy

TeachingMoms stores the name and email attached to a family account; sign-in sessions and security data such as IP address and browser user agent; wallet currency and append-only credit history; promo-code status and private payment-support notes; purchases; and the products in the family library.

Magic-link tokens and promo codes are stored in protected or hashed form where the product only needs to verify them. Shared-environment logs do not contain magic-link URLs, full promo codes, code hashes, signed download URLs, or private payment notes.

We use it to sign you in, keep one library for your family, verify credit and purchase history, prevent double spending or code replay, deliver private PDFs, answer support questions, and keep required business records.

Railway hosts the application, database, and private file storage. Resend delivers sign-in emails from the TeachingMoms mail domain. These providers process only the information needed to run those services.

Your conversation with Teacher Ivy and your GCash transfer happen outside TeachingMoms. The chat provider and GCash apply their own privacy terms. TeachingMoms records only the support context needed to match an approved payment or solve a problem.

Account, wallet, purchase, and refund records are kept while needed to provide your library, protect money history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Short-lived sign-in and download links expire automatically.

To ask what information is held, correct account details, or request deletion where allowed, use the current Message Teacher Ivy chat link in the credit-loading flow. We verify the account before acting and may retain records that must remain for security, accounting, or legal reasons.
